Q.  If I have forgotten my password, how do I recover my password?

  • A. You can request to reset your password from the account log in page.

Q.  I wish to unsubscribe from your mailing list

  • A.  Although we never spam, if you do wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list you will have an option link on any communication sent to you.

Q.  When will I receive my order?

  • A.  We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of payment received, we will send you a confirmation email once your items are dispatched.  However please read our shipping policy for further information https://www.happymotives.co.uk/pages/shipping-policy

Q.  An item I really want is out of stock, how long do I have to wait for it be back in stock?

  • A.  We re-stock regularly, however we will only purchase items of the highest quality and that can take some time. If you fall in love with an out of stock item email us and we will try our hardest to bring the item back in stock for you.

Q.  There is an item I am interested in but you do not stock it, are you able to source it for me?

  • A. Of course, send us an email with what you are looking for and we will try our best to source the item for you

Q.  I would like a gift basket made with your items, are you able to create a gift box?

  • A. We love creating gift baskets. Pop us an email with what you would like the gift basket to contain and we will make you your own personalised happy basket. 

Q.  I would like to change or cancel my order, how am I able to do this?

  • A.  You are able to cancel your order before dispatch.  Once we have dispatched your item we are unable to change or cancel your order.

Q.  I have received my order but it is damaged and or incorrect how do I resolve this?

  • A.  Please use our contact form to inform us, remember to include your order number and which items are faulty or missing.  

Q.  I have received my items but I have decided I no longer want them, can I get a refund or exchange?

  • A.  We do offer refunds on items,  but please visit our returns page for full information.

Q.  How will I receive my refund and when will it reach me?

  • A.  We will refund to your original payment method, once you have received an confirmation email that your refund is successful the funds should shown in your account within 14 days.

Q.  How do I know you received my return?

  • A.  If you are returning an item to us we suggest using signed delivery.  Once we have received your item we will send you an email confirmation.

    Q.  How much does shipping cost?

    • A.  Shipping is free on orders over £35.00, it is £3.99 on orders under £35.00. 

    Q.  I live outside the UK are you able to ship to me?

    • A. Unfortunately, we are not ready to ship abroad as yet. We will be soon, sign up to our newsletter and you will be the first to know when we become international. 

    Q.  I received only part of my order, where are my other items?

    • A.  Please contact us if you have not received all your items, dependant on the size of your order at times we may dispatch parcels separately.
